Rubbing this gel on my knees and hips minimizes the pain, doesn't eliminate but does do a very good job of making it tolerable. The gel goes on to the skin smoothly, no greasy residue left over and it's easy to clean off your hands. And the The menthol smell is not over-powering either.I would also recommend anyone using this product for joint pains or aches to try using cissus powder, 100 Gram (3.53 Oz) Cissus Quadrangularis 40% Ketones Bulk Powder.
